01 Data Controller
The controller for personal data collected via this website is Croisier Web (Raphaël Croisier), sole proprietorship, Canton of Jura, Switzerland. For any question about your data, contact us at admin@croisierweb.ch or via the contact page.
02 Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the site, the following data may be collected:
- Account creation: email address, first name, last name, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and optionally company and phone number.
- Account security: if you enable two-factor authentication (2FA), a TOTP secret and recovery codes (hashed) are stored.
- Custom quote request: project title, budget range and description, stored so they can be reviewed and, where relevant, turned into a priced quote.
- Client area: information about your websites, subscriptions, quotes and invoices (amounts, references, statuses, PDF documents) — this information stays strictly confidential, is never shared with third parties, and is only accessible to you once logged in and to the administrator to manage your services.
- Project follow-up: messages exchanged with the Provider and files (images, videos) you submit for your website; access to these files is strictly limited to you and the administrator.
- Support: the subject and content of your support requests and the replies given.
- Guestbook: the name, message and rating you choose to publish, plus an optional email address that is never published.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe from your client area, the subscription date is recorded; you can unsubscribe from the same area.
This site does not integrate any online payment gateway, nor any third-party advertising tracking tool: no banking data is collected. With your consent via the cookie banner, Google Analytics is used for anonymised audience measurement (see the Cookie Policy).
03 Purposes and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to: create and manage your client account; handle your quote requests; carry out, follow up on and invoice the services ordered; publish (with your consent) a client review; send the newsletter if you are subscribed; process your account deletion request. Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps, or consent (newsletter, reviews, preference cookie).
04 Recipients of Your Data
Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the Provider, and to the website's host strictly for technical hosting purposes (see Legal Notice).
05 Retention Period
Client account data is kept for as long as the account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time directly from My Profile: an administrator then reviews your request and either confirms permanent deletion of all related data (quotes, invoices, project exchanges, files) or restores your account. Your account stays active until the request is processed, and you can withdraw it yourself at any time.
06 Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to project files is restricted to the client concerned and the administrator. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available as an option from My Profile to strengthen your account's security.
07 Cookies
This site uses a deliberately limited number of technical and preference cookies, detailed on the Cookie Policy page.
08 Your Rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for individuals residing in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object regarding your data. The right to deletion can be exercised directly from My Profile. For all other rights, contact us at admin@croisierweb.ch or via the contact page.
09 Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
