How can I contact you?
You can contact CroisierWeb via the site's contact form, by phone or by email. If you are already a client, your client area also lets you track your project and communicate with CroisierWeb directly. Go to support
Will the site belong to me once delivered?
Yes. Once the project is completed and paid for, you fully own your website as well as its content.
What does the warranty cover after my site is delivered?
A 30-day warranty following delivery covers fixes for any technical bug related to CroisierWeb's development work. Any request for content changes, new features or revisions after final acceptance is billed separately.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Information shared as part of the project is used solely to carry out the work and is never shared with third parties. Data processing complies with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) as well as the GDPR for clients in the European Union.
